It was really good to do business with this company. It used to be standard for a business to go above and beyond to help their customers. But in these more modern times, it isn't always the case. Mainstream is an exceptional company. They promised if I purchased new AC/HEAT units, they would get my unit (that wasn't working) fixed until my new units arrived. That is exactly what they did!
