This company knows exactly how to treat customers. The tech that was sent out (Matt) was kind and very helpful. He explained everything to my wife without talking down to her. Our unit is fixed and we are happy. Thank you.

They were very professional and proficient. I respect that he explained exactly what the part was and how it was under warranty even though at start there was a slight billing issue but it was corrected on the spot...Thank you for getting my heat working now I can ENJOY my GRANDSON!!!

Unknown to us the HVAC system in our new home wasn't even turned on. The service person went above and beyond to get the system working so we could have heat, and it was a blessing after nearly 3 days/nights in a cold house! He spent extra time to explain how the system works and to help us with the thermostat. Much thanks to Sam!! Kudos to your company!!

Double-check their work. Left my attic a mess. Insulation and trash thrown everywhere. Screws were left out... Not sure where they came from, but they definitely were apart of my unit before they came. Cigarette butts left behind for my dog to eat. Stayed out front of the house conveniently until 3pm

After being gone for several hours we arrived at home Tuesday night on the hottest day of the summer to find our A/C not working and the inside temperature of the house at 85°. I had used Mainstream once before and was very pleased with their response so I decided to call them again first thing Wednesday morning.I called early, talked with their answering service and shortly thereafter I received a text letting me know I was on their list and the technician would be calling when he would be on his way. Around 9:30 I received both a call and a confirming text that Wesley was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly discovered that the outdoor unit starting capacitor had failed. In a matter of just a few minutes we were back in business! He also let me know that the part was still under warranty and that I would only need to pay for his labor. Excellent response, communication and overall customer service…thanks Mainstream!

These guys are amazing, I explained our situation and they made sure that we got what we needed right away even for a temp to get us by until they got our part in. I will continue to use them if I ever need them again! Amazing!!!

Our unit was 15 years old and showing its age. I had several companies come out and give me estimates for a replacement system and decided to go with Mainstream based on their prices, equipment, warranty, and the way the initial estimate process went. No hard selling, no telling me I needed this and that, and they didn't try to add on unnecessary extra work like re-doing some of the ducts etc.The installers showed up on time (seems to be a rarity in Clarksville) and both were professional, competent, friendly, and very patient with me looking over their shoulders from time to time and asking questions.They did a great job with the installation, cleaned up after themselves, and now we have a much quieter system and ice cold air blowing out of the vents.Highly recommend this company!Edit 9/04/20 - A few days ago I came home from work and our A/C was out. I called Mainstream and they immediately sent out a tech. Jeremy troubleshot the problem to a stuck valve on the coil; unfortunately they had to order the part but they put a rush on it and it was there the next day. Was I happy about not having A/C during this heat and humidity? No, but on the other hand, I can't say enough about their excellent & prompt customer service. I'm so happy I went with this company!

Mainstream responded to my needs very quickly. They showed up, did what needed to be done in a professional manner and set me up on an amazing financing schedule. I will call them again and again for my personal home and my rental home. Simply amazing service.

I had a TRANE XV-18 Split Series installed replacing a 30 year old system. Brian, Greg, and Mike - Very nice and professional gentlemen executed the install with ease. I appreciate their attention to detail and expertise. They installed my new system as if they were installing their own. Thanks Mainstream H&C.Ben recently replaced a fan motor under warranty.
