Replace Air Filters
Air filters trap dirt, dust, and other debris. They need cleaning after a few months based on the use. A dirty filter will accumulate dirt buildup, which can cause the furnace to malfunction. If the filter is clogged, you should have it replaced. Replacing air filters will keep your furnace operating efficiently by circulating clean air throughout your home.
We work efficiently and listen closely to get the task done right on schedule and at a reasonable price. Our company is family-run, locally owned, and committed to delivering quality service.
Check the Thermostat
The thermostat tells the furnace system when to turn off and turn on. If you still feel uncomfortable even when the furnace is on, the problem may be the thermostat. Many of the problems with the furnace result from thermostat issues, especially if it’s been working for years. Some thermostats operate on battery power. Change the battery before the start of each season to avoid malfunctions when you need proper cooling and heating. Replace the thermostat if it’s not in proper working condition.
Our commitment to delivering same-day furnace service and meticulous work is evident at every step of the maintenance process. We have nationally-certified technicians who offer quick GPS-dispatched call responses and will treat your business or home respectfully.
Clean the Blower
The blower is close to the air filter. Dirt, dust, and debris can get through the air filter to the blower. Clean the blower, belts, and pulleys to eliminate accumulated dirt when cleaning the air filter. Use a damp cloth to clean the blower. If this is not something you are comfortable working on by yourself, feel free to contact us and we will send one of our reliable team members. We are ready to assist you with any of your furnace needs, no matter the time of year.
Clean Furnace Ducts
Overlooked furnace duct maintenance can lead to problems with mold and airborne elements that can cause allergies. Particles like animal dander and hair, bacteria, dust, pollen, and smoke can prevent the air from being as healthy and clean as possible. Clean the ducts regularly with a high-powered vacuum cleaner. After cleaning, cover them to block air from getting into the furnace.
Our technicians will seal leaks in your ductwork when installing high-efficiency units. We will test your furnace for proper operation and thoroughly clean and sanitize it.
