The IDS Plus offers enhanced performance at a competitive price point. This ENERGY STAR-rated system combines the IDS Light outdoor unit with our IDS Premium connected two stage x13 ECM style air handler. With enhanced dehumidification and higher efficiency, the Bosch IDS plus delivers affordable comfort with minimal energy usage. The system’s intelligent features work seamlessly with your thermostat to automatically adjust to your preferences, while integrated sound dampening features ensure quiet operation for your peace of mind. Additionally, equipped with R-454B refrigerant, the IDS Plus meets the criteria for a lower global warming potential (GWP) A2L refrigerant.
Quiet Comfort
Through the use of silent blade technology, sound isolating mounts and outdoor condensing section placement, this IDS system can deliver outdoor sound levels as low as 56 dBA.
Low Global Warming Potential
The IDS Plus is equipped with an R-454B low global warming potential A2L refrigerant, meeting the criteria of the AIM Act.
Peace of Mind
The IDS Plus can also be paired with a backup electric heat element or the Bosch BGH96 Gas Furnace to create a dual fuel system for added peace of mind during the colder months. Our ENERGY STAR-rated furnace offers up to 96% efficiency, a two-stage gas valve, and a multi-speed blower, as well as a blower built with constant air flow technology.
Fast Response
The boosted compressor speed of inverter systems allows for quicker, smoother and more efficient heating and cooling.
Demand Response Feature
On extremely hot or frigid days, the load on the electrical grid may become too high, potentially causing blackouts. The demand response feature allows utilities (with the homeowner’s permission) to manage this intelligently. Utilities can predict when there will be peak demand on the grid and can remotely send a signal to the heat pump to heat or cool the space before or after this peak period of usage.
Residential Limited Warranty
Receive up to 10 years protection on parts and up to 2 years on gateway connectivity components. This standard offering covers all components incorporated at the time of manufacture. All other components or parts that are purchased from Bosch and installed in the field have a 1-year parts warranty.
